Nick leads Taylor Edwards Group with a blend of commercial clarity, instinct, and deep sector experience across strategic land, renewables, BNG brokerage, and high-end property. His strength is seeing opportunity before others do—identifying value in land, unlocking deals, and building the partnerships that turn ideas into assets.
Under Nick’s leadership, TEG has evolved into a next-generation consultancy: fast, precise, relationship-led, and trusted across landowners, developers and investors.
Lynsey Taylor
Director of Land Strategy & Options
Lynsey leads the Land and Options function at Taylor Edwards Group, overseeing the assessment and structuring of land use options for landowners facing strategic decisions.
Her role focuses on understanding land constraints, ownership objectives and long-term considerations, ensuring options are evaluated clearly before commitments are made. She works closely with landowners to establish priorities, clarify trade-offs and support sound decision-making across complex and often irreversible land choices.
Mark Gibbons
Investments & Structured Finance
Mark brings a sharp investment lens to the group, structuring funding, analysing deals and ensuring each opportunity is commercially sound.
With experience spanning property finance, development structuring and capital raising, he helps shape TEG’s acquisition strategy and supports clients in navigating complex, multi-party deals.
His approach blends rigorous analysis with the agility required to keep transactions moving.
Tom Carter
Operations & Client Support Coordinator
Tom keeps the engine room running.
He supports client onboarding, manages documentation, maintains internal systems and ensures every project moves smoothly from first conversation to completion.
His role is to give clients a seamless experience while freeing the senior team to focus on strategy, negotiations and deal progression.
